The Annual Meeting of the Members of St. Louis Blues Society Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm National Blues Museum: 615 Washington Ave., St. Louis MO 63101 with free performance by: The Gene Dobbs Bradford Blues Experience

The business of the annual meeting of the St. Louis Blues Society will include an update on current society affairs and a candidate forum for nominations for Board of Directors. Members of the St. Louis Blues Society are responsible for electing eight members to the society’s Board of Directors each year.   The individuals listed on the St. Louis Blues Society ballot have been nominated as candidates for the St. Louis Blues Society Board of Directors election. The terms of the office will be for two years.

Candidates for the open positions are: Tim Albert Teec'a Easby Cory Hammerstone Michael Holtz Rich Hughes Erika Johnson Jeremy Segel-Moss Chris Shepherd Alonzo Townsend

All current members of the St Louis Blues Society are eligible to vote in the January board elections. Ballots have been mailed to those members listed as current December 15, 2019. Ballots include information about the candidates, mail-in instructions and deadlines, as well as information about the Annual Meeting of the Members of the St Louis Blues Society to be held on January 28, 2020. Current members at the time of the meeting will be able to vote in person that evening.

PLEASE NOTE: THE RETURN ENVELOPE ENCLOSED WITH THE BALLOT DOES HAVE YOUR RETURN ADDRESS AND MEMBER ID NUMBER ON IT. THIS IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF LOGGING IN MEMBERS WHO VOTE AND INSURING ONLY ONE VOTE PER MEMBER.

BE ASSURED THAT THE ENVELOPE WILL BE CHECKED-IN WHEN RECEIVED AND WILL NOT BE OPENED UNTIL THE NIGHT OF THE MEETING WHEN THEY WILL BE SEPARATED FROM THE FOLDED BALLOTS BY ONE PERSON ON THE ELECTION COMMITTEE BEFORE ANY BALLOT IS COUNTED BY OTHERS ON THE ELECTION COMMITTEE. THE INTEGRITY OF AN ANONYMOUS VOTE RESULT WILL NOT BE LOST.
